Before starting the design process, we conducted extensive research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. We also analyzed the competition to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Based on our research, we found that users value convenience, simplicity, and personalization in shopping apps. They want an app that is easy to navigate, offers relevant product recommendations, and saves them time and effort. We also found that users are often overwhelmed by the sheer number of products available online and struggle to find what they are looking for.
